Individual Doubt Sessions(IDS)-
Conducting one-on-one doubt sessions to provide more clarity to the students.
Weekly Homework Check(WHC)-
Follow homework assigned to students on a weekly basis for regulation.
Test Analysis Copy (TAC)-
A notebook containing solutions to all the questions in which students couldn’t score marks in the exam.
Important Points Notebook (IPN)-
Develop a routine for taking notes and maintaining notebooks.
Personalized Mentoring(PM)-
Providing proper feedback and updates on students’ preparation via WhatsApp, calling, and meetings.
Our Achivement
Progress Update to Parents(PUP)-
What exactly is our USP? How are we different from others? I would say yes…. There is a difference between us & others. In terms of preparing students during their one-year or two-year journey, what we try to do is to give them a PERSONAL TOUCH as much as possible.
Whether it is inside the classroom or outside, we go out of our way to make sure that almost each & every student gets a proper satisfactory response to all their queries.
We genuinely believe that even the World’s best teachers can’t ensure success in competition unless it is backed up by a systematic individual self-study of the student. Keeping that in mind, we have devised a system of homework checking for each & every student of SCHOLARS ACADEMY every week.
We also attribute a whole lot of importance to regular & repeated revision as the syllabus is huge. Students tend to forget most of the concepts if they are not in touch with old topics. We have this concept of IPN (important point notebook) where each student writes
the summary of each topic in their own format for repeated revisions later on. This makes revision very regular and efficient & works wonders for their overall preparation. We feel, that apart from academic support, a student needs constant motivational & psychological support throughout the preparation. And that’s where our MENTOR system comes into play. Main faculties are allotted a group of students to look after them & provide solid support to them in every sense.
